HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

Human resource management is often abbreviated as HRM , is a science or a way to set up the relationship and the role of resource (labor ) owned by individuals efficiently and effectively . And can be used optimally in order to reach the goal (goal ) with employers, employees and society becomes a maximum . HRM is based on the concept that every employee is a human being - not a machine - and not just be a business resource . HRM studies combining several fields of science such as psychology , etc. .

From the above definition , by Pearl S. Panggabaean activities in the field of human resources can be viewed from two perspectives , that of the work and the workers . In terms of the work consists of analysis and job evaluation . In terms of worker activities include procurement of labor , performance appraisal , training and development , promotion , compensation and termination of employment . With the above definition thus showing the importance of human resources management in achieving corporate objectives , employees and society .

HRM is the human element . Human resource management also involves the design and implementation of systems planning, employee , employee development , career management , performance evaluation , compensation of employees , and good labor relations . Human resource management involves all management decisions and practices that directly affect human resources....
